Research starts with real people: their words, frustrations, and the reasons they actually buy. AI powered data processing analyzes patterns across customer reviews, social comments, ad libraries, and competitor creatives, turning raw opinions into angles worth testing.

Before a single concept is written, the ad account is reviewed too. Hook rate, hold rate, spend distribution, and which angles are already pulling weight. That context shapes everything that comes next.

Briefing & Production

Every briefing includes a clear hypothesis:
- Why this concept
- Why this angle?
- What it should prove?

The brief covers key messaging, script, visual direction, and b-roll guidance, specific enough that editors and UGC creators can execute with confidence. Production stays with the brand's in-house team. The role here is to deliver a strategic blueprint that connects audience insight to execution, and to give feedback on the output so the final creative actually matches the intent.

Testing & iterations

Testing is controlled experimentation, not guessing. Each concept launches with a defined hypothesis, tracked against metrics like hook rate, hold rate, and CPA. Performance data and ad comments feed directly back into the next round.

Winners get iterated on, across formats, angles, and hooks. What stops performing gets cut. Over time, the patterns become clearer and the process gets faster, while the quality keeps going up.
